Message from Mary Jones:

All answers are found within...What the heck does that mean?

I heard this so many times from so many sources for so long and didn’t quite get it!
And now I get it. Going within means to learn to listen to our own guidance system. Our intuition, that small quiet voice. That “nudge”, that inspired thought, that ‘something’ that helps us feel better.

When we are feeling good, in tune with feeling as good as we can feel at any given moment, we are able to hear this guidance. When we are feeling bad, this creates a kind of “white noise” that drowns out Source.

In the past I have experienced such depths of despair, calling out for help, not being able to really hear the answers to my call. Because of the thoughts of how rotten I am feeling that I filled up my mind with drowned them out. This created so much “noise” that I couldn’t hear the call. Reaching for the nearest better feeling thought helped me to quiet this “noise” a bit and I begin to detect those soft reminders that I am loved beyond measure. That soft warm breeze that caressed my cheek, that assisted in distracting me from my situation, my reality that I was so obsessively focused on, that a wonderful sense of relief washed over me. This is Spirit sending assistance in calming my mind, giving me an opportunity to quiet the noise so I can hear, even for just a moment. I was surrounded with it, but couldn’t see it most of the time.

I get it now. Each time I allow my self to loosen the vice grip of my thought focusing on my current misery at the time, there was God, flooding in thru that tiny crack I had opened, showing me Love and Peace. As I remember those experiences, my focus was taken of me misery, and more good feelings of relief came to me, I began to feel better...not from any specific circumstance change, but just from shifting my thoughts. Then my circumstances began to shift. Little by little as my focus switched to the “betterness” of each moment, this attracted more of the same.

Slowly, step by step, even thought I was not consciously aware of this process and how it was working, I climbed out of the pit of despair. There were many times I took a step back, as I would again dwell on the current circumstances, and fear returned, so there were time where I would take 2 steps forward and one step back.
I learned that the actions I took from feeling an inspired nudge worked well, while those actions I took motivated by fear had poor outcomes. It seemed that the energy of the motivation matched the outcome.

The law of attraction states “that which is likened to itself is drawn”. It wasn’t actions that turned the tide, it was reaching for the best feeling thought I was capable of at the time. Now as I look back, God used every tiny opportunity possible to send me the Love and Peace I needed to help me get out of the terrible vicious circle I had created for my self. This circle was focusing on that my reality was then, bringing in fear and despair, which attracted more of the same, which I observed, which brought more of the same.

Wow....I get it! We are all aspects of the Divine, and as we allow this truth to sink in, we open up to the abundance of all good things that are our birthright. We came into this world to experience our power of creation, to experience the joy of expansion, to desire new experiences and enjoy the ride while making them manifest in the physical. There are NO restrictions, when we have a desire, a thought, positive OR negative, the universe brings it to us, unconditionally loving us enough not to interfere. Our task is to discover or I should say remember we are aspects of the Divine, with all the power of creation at our fingertips, we are here to learn how that works.
Each positive thought aligns us with who we truly are. As we consciously focus on having the most positive thought we can at the time, we attract more of the same, this builds and moves us forward on to the discovery of more happiness and peace, further aligning with our true selves. As Esther Hicks stated, depending on where we are on the emotional scale, despair being at the bottom, the next best feeling would be anger, or revenge, than the next would be frustration, moving up to hope and so forth. As we reach for the next best feeling thought, that thought that brings a feeling of relief, we discover we can continue to move up to the better feeling thoughts and dig ourselves out, opening ourselves to attracting solutions and more good feelings.

When we are aligned, we can hear our guidance so much more clearly. I look around and see so many ways I am loved, kindness from a stranger, beautiful scenery along the road, sunlight on my skin, an E mail from a beautiful friend, offering great love and appreciation for me being in their life, the perfect parking space, the unexpected generosity and friendship showed to me in a restaurant.

The secret is the more you look for the good, the more you see, and this brings more good to see. The spiral has changed from going downward into deeper despair to upward to ever increasing joy. “Where attention goes, energy flows”.

Everyday our realities are full of many positive and negative things for us to observe, it just depends on which lens we choose to look thru. The magic lies in the fact that as we focus on the positive, we attract more of it into our reality, we are molding our reality like clay in our hands. We have a manifestation gun on our hands that is always on , we just need to learn how it works and how to aim it properly!

Imagination and appreciation are also some of our best tools!

As we imagine our best reality, and focus on that, as well as focusing on appreciating all the good things we have currently, this gives the energy of creation a direction to flow to.

We are creating the mold for the energy to flow into. We soon discover the way in how this chosen reality is to manifest, step by step. Opportunities appear, “bright ideas” occur, little nudges are felt, we begin to experience inspired action. As we act on those inspired ideas, inspiring outcomes manifest.
Out thoughts are very powerful manifesting tools, how we choose to focus them is how we aim.
The better it gets, the better it gets.

See Thru Illusions

 Things are not always as they seem, yet sometimes we can get swept up in things that normally wouldn't bother us at all. Radio show host James Arthur Jancik recently asked me how I could be so consistently positive with so many problems in the world today at the beginning of my recorded November 12th interview Feet to the Fire radio interview, and I replied that the main reason I have such a positive attitude is that I know how much worse things can be.

I have memories of a highly unpleasant possible future in which people willingly relinquished autonomous thought in order that they might live more comfortably. Order was maintained in that future society by psychic thought police, who made it their job to prevent anyone from initiating or encouraging independent ideas. Since I find myself living in a period of time in which so many potential futures still remain possible, my attitude is one of optimism.

My perspective is that of a joyful time traveler with a clear sense of purpose to help people understand the power of choosing our thoughts and feelings in such a way that we may create the best possible reality. When we are consciously aware of various possible futures and possible pasts, we can hone our reality selection skills, and become better able to make choices for the here and now that align with our most preferred futures and pasts.
You can practice positively influencing your future by thinking about something you're looking forward to until you begin feeling excited and enthusiastic; this will help ensure good things will indeed come to you. You can practice positively influencing your past by thinking about everything you're grateful for and most appreciate; this will help to ensure that your past has been very supportive and helpful to you.

You can practice positively influencing this present moment by doing a meditation now involving breathing out all your fears, doubts, worries, guilt and other negative feelings... and then breathing in the purest, unconditional love. "God is in the choices that we hesitate to make"

Description: We tend to seek God most often when we have a need to look inward for the answer to a question that will define us. It is my opinion that we connect with God during the intrinsic exploration to answer those questions that deeply affect our lives. This concept is most commonly referred to as "Prayer". Many people tend to look outward to friends, family or their church for the answers to the questions that define them only to find that other people's answers do not typically offer a clear-cut or satisfactory solution. Questions such as: "Who should I be when I grow up?" "How serious is my relationship with this person?" "What do I need to do to succeed in life?" These are all questions that plague us constantly and we have difficulty deciding how it is that we will answer them so we hesitate in providing solutions to ourselves. Hesitation leads to procrastination and ultimately apathy in a lifestyle where we could have chosen to be happy if we had only decided on what it was that makes us happy.

In the society that we have today, there is much less emphasis on seeking answers to these questions internally since we are constantly bombarded with solutions via Advertising and Television. Many people out there are more than willing to offer up solutions for you as "Quick Fixes" in an effort to better their own lives and further their own success while exploiting your own. It is this effect of "Playing God" that I most often do not agree with. It is my belief that more emphasis needs to be put on your ability to make your own decisions instead of letting others make them for you. Here's an easy to remember advertising slogan for you: "Need an Answer? Talk to God!"

You, the Creator Greetings, dear friends. It is Hilarion, in service to you. It is quite an auspicious evening, is it not? Old friends reuniting. Great energies blending together to create spectacular outcomes. We honor you for your paths and for your service and for your efforts in this accomplishment that this evening is: an accomplishment. Great work has been accomplished again by you. And it was fun, was it not? It was an enjoyable evening. This is as it should be, moving forward because the fun parts, the passionate parts, the parts where we laugh and play and the hearts fly open, are the parts that guide us to greatness, to creation, to the freedom of spirit to play and to explore, to adventure into life because that's what this place is for.

You all are well aware of the fact that you are brilliant spiritual beings and have a physical form for an extremely short duration of time…an expansive universe and expansive omni-verse with which you have explored for eons of time. Understand the truth that your being here today shows the discipline and the diligence and the focus with which you have decided to come into this incarnation, for you have come at an auspicious time with an auspicious group. There is a reason that you are here working with the beings, the masters, as you call them, that you are working with. You've earned it, dear friends. You've spent the time, you've done the work, you've lived the lifetimes. You have toiled and struggled, you have mastered and overcome. You have loved and you have pushed forward to achieve great things on planet Earth over and over. And tonight we find you here once again, united, moving forward to accomplish greatness once again! Do so with joy. Do so with ease! Do so with heart. Because why not? What more fun, what more enjoyment, what better way to play this life, this earth game - and that is what it is, friends: a big game.

You come here with a mask over your eyes, not being able to see the truth of all that is. And as you remain here, you wonder, 'Why am I not being shown the next month, or the next three months?' Because you chose to be here with the blinders on! And while you are here, the greatest gift that you've decided to give yourselves is the option to create. You have this time, you have this space, and you keep saying, 'Where do I go?' And we keep asking you, 'Well, what do you want?' (laughter). We inspire you, we ask you, we want to shower you with love and the knowledge that we are here to be with you, to guide you, and to facilitate for you.

For please, understand this very important point: You are the masters. Do you understand that? We are the ones that don't have the blinders on. It is easy for us. You are the ones who said, 'I'm going to go down to earth and I am going to share my message. I'm going to live my life and I'm going to raise and enhance the energies in my space to such a degree that nobody can deny what I have accomplished.' And people want to know. People want to learn. People want to follow and to learn and to be taught the greatness that you have achieved because YOU ARE THE MASTERS, my friends! We are just people who have a little more insight into the possibilities of the future. You are the true creators. It is why you are here in body. We are the facilitators of your creations. For, unlike ever before, Earth's future is in your hands - more now than ever before. The future of Earth defined by your creations. Create big. Create fun! Create love! Have fun doing it because if not, then there's no more reason to be here.

You chose to be here at this time, to do the work that you all are already doing. To be angry with the self with expectations makes no sense when in fact you are all perfectly aligned with exactly where you need to be. If you were given the answers to where you would need to be two months from now, you would not be ready to hear it and it would then change the potential creativity and creations that you were to have two months from now. To give more answers than are needed now is to disrupt a beautiful flow that you have aligned yourself with for 30 or more years

This time here is perfect. And this time is perfect. They might be focused on different elements. Both are necessary for the whole scope of living. Tend to hear while you are here. Tend to hear as you ascend into this place. And play! The goal of planet earth and humans on it is not about getting a job. It is not about finding people or making money! It is about play and awareness and raising your consciousness. It means finding the ways that are best for you to fall in love with the person you see in the mirror. And when you fall in love with the person you see in the mirror, energies increase and expand, more and more! This is why you are here: to reconnect deeply and at the soul level with the self. And as you do these things, you honor the earth, you honor those around you with your glorious light. And you might find that people start to ask you what you're up to - because they want to be, they want to know, what you have.

So with this, it is our greatest honor to be among you and to be able to share this brief message with you for this evening. We wish you to know from the deepest parts of our hearts how much we truly and dearly love you and honor you for your paths. We recognize that there are difficulties at this time, and you are not alone. The earth is releasing energies that have been long stuffed and need release. And you sensitive ones are more susceptible to the energy shifts than others along with the changes in career, relationship, location, among others. We ask you to consider the idea that this is all preparation for the next step. Some of you are merely ahead of schedule and have free time to breathe….we ask you to breathe….because the next steps will come in the right time for you.

Dearest ones, please consider this last point: before you came here, you made contracts with people, with ideas, with possibilities, with your guides. And you said, 'If I get to this place, if Earth gets to this place' …which it is now… 'If this gets to this level of energy, here's where I want to go.' And so every time you show frustration, every time you say, 'Oh, how could we do this? This timing is horrible!' …We're pointing one finger up and three at ourselves because, dear ones, you wrote the contracts! You are the ones that said, 'I'm going to take a break in this month, because I'm going to have free time.' It is you who chose to be in these places at these times! And it's you who chose to say, 'If I don't get the lesson that time, bring it again and make it harder and bring it again until I make it harder, until I finally get it!

There are no walls. There are just bumps that get harder to hit until you learn, 'OH! Maybe I should turn instead of hitting that bump again!' And this is learning. You're not alone. This is the game of life since its inception. It is, however, very unique and only the best of the best are here at this time doing what you're doing. Soak that in! Only the best of the best are here doing what you're doing at this time. The lessons get easier and easier as you tune in to your joy, as you tune in to what you love to do instead of what you expect to do or what others expect you to do or what you think you need. What feels fun…and then you will be flowing gracefully through the paths that you designed for yourselves. We are merely the ones that say, 'Don't forget! You said to tell you to turn here!' That was you! We love you, dear ones, very much.

Questions Are there any questions, on this wonderful occasion, that we might help with? Hello, again Hilarion. What advice do you have for me tonight?

Dear one, we invite you to consider the option as the topics of the evening have been about the heart - to more gracefully open the heart center and the direction inside to you. Your brilliant spirit and your gracious love for others is glorious. We ask you, as we've heard this evening, to consider the idea of sharing that deepest, most purest, glorious love with yourself. Look in the mirror! Maybe if you consider and love that being with all of your heart, care for yourself and communicate with self as you would someone that you might consider a loved one or someone you're working with…you deserve the very best. You'll find openings of other channels that are quite interesting and glorious in their vibration for you. Now, we know that you are already on to this idea and we might just choose to inspire you to consider a more complete invitation of this energy and work for yourself. And we love you, dear one. Thank you. With regard to this time for some of us who aren't maybe, as you said, past the final time, when the thoughts start to go into the direction of, 'What am I supposed to do with this time?' Sometimes there is a concern that I might be sabotaging all the forward movement as I focus on the concern that I don't know what I'm doing right now and not having fun. Is there any forward movement in the ascension and the openings that are about to occur, are they gathering enough momentum so that any small blips of fear and concern that we would have are not enough to dispel all the work we've done to get here and that we are not just sabotaging ourselves?

Yes, we understand. Shorter and shorter is the time between intent and creation. For in the past, it was a long duration of time of focused intent, of focused in creation and outcome. For it took much mental process and much heart generation of energy to move into this outcome of creation. For slow was the mind to react, as you have mentioned. There were back and forths in this intent. And if there was no time between intent and outcome, we might not all have the mental stability to survive this planet. If we had a fear of a car crash and it happened instantly, it would be a difficult world. Thank goodness we have this separation of intent and outcome. This time between intent and outcome has shortened dramatically because mentally you are more than prepared for this shift. You have enough positive intent, you have enough control and focus to comfortably create and powerfully ascend in this world with this shorter, and increasingly shorter, time from intent to creation. So your question with regard to any fluctuations in intent…do not worry, dear one. You are okay. One of the bodies we have discussed in mastering in this time is the mental body. One of the gifts of this planet earth is the opportunity for you to gracefully master that body. And any time you find yourself wavering in your intent, create again! Fluctuate. 'Well, if I am having discomfort about this creation, what do I want NOW?' And continue to create. And if we step into fear, we can look at that fear and understand that all fear is merely protection. And once you realize that you are safe, there is nothing to fear and you can create. So to tune into the self and to realize that any fear of thoughts that come to you are merely protection for safety and that you know you are safe in God's hands to create the next element of what you want. It's mastery, my friend, and you are simply walking the path of mastery. (That's not so bad!) You are doing it. (Thank you). Congratulations.

Thank you for having us. (It is an honor to have finally met you). And you, my friend, once again. (Yes). It has a lot to do with something I had talked about with Yeshua that love being all there is has made a role in the creation of things, sort of the dynamics of which love creates things. Could you help me understand that a little bit more? You ask of love generating outcome? Is this correct? (Yes).

Yes. And the outcomes you speak of, what is your intention for these outcomes? What is your meaning behind these outcomes? (Creation of anything that you desire. It could be anything). Around planet earth is an electromagnetic grid. This grid is a conductor of frequency and energy. People can connect to this energetic grid. It connects all around earth. We have spoken before of this grid and you might consider the idea of communication as the forerunner of this grid. In your country, you started with post office across the country…which gave way to Morse code over an electric current…which gave way to a telephone over an electric current…which gave way to fiber-optic light…which gave way to satellite. Energy wave. Internet connecting the entire world. Electricity to fiber-optic to wave. This electromagnetic grid around earth connects all together. As you put forth the intention to meet an individual that meets the needs of your desires, you connect to the grid, as you already are, and put your desire forward. The grid answers by someone who is looking for someone like you to meet, and the grid facilitates in its workings the connection. You have guides to help this facilitation. You have your own intentions to facilitate this, as well as this grid. The grid has increased in capacity very recently - as a matter of fact, in your time of June. Its level of conductivity enhanced itself dramatically, allowing you to connect more gracefully with the one and the all on Earth, making your manifestations on planet Earth that much more rapid. Hence, your books, televisions and movies and elements with regard to manifestation are at an all time high to facilitate the usage of this new grid. The manifestations of the heart maintained send a signal to facilitate this outcome. Does that answer your question, dear one? (Yes, thank you very much). Thank you for asking. I'm sure that you were aware that the manifestations of personal energy and personal outcome are much more intimate.

Your heart creations and your heart desires put forth a vibration that begins here in your physical form. Every single cell of your body has a vibration, a song, and your heart is the bandleader. And you are in charge of what song it plays, which affects every instrument around you! Play the fun songs! Play the songs that make you want to sing and dance and play because, why not? You've experienced many levels and many different genres of music in your heart. Find the ones that feel the best and continue to move forward. Thank you for asking your question. What's Happening at FGC :

The energies at the start of this New Year are promising great things!
The Channel circle is growing and evolving.

We are honored to have Gregg Capella now offering channels from Hilarion once monthly here at the channel circle, and all who attend will have an opportunity to ask questions. I am honored to share these messages channeled by Gregg with you now in this monthly newsletter. Others are getting more practice in channeling and are progressing beautifully!

This group seems to be more than just for channeling practice, as we start many evenings with positive animated discussions, sharing our goals and dreams. Some attending are here to learn more about what channeling is and are happy just to observe. All benefit from this beautiful experience.

Steve Rother has channeled this month, encouraging us to start "Empowerment Mastery groups. This channel group embodies many of these concepts already, and I will be asking those attending if they would like to include some suggestions givien by "The Group" during this meeting.

Calvin is back!
Calvin will be here Feb 11th for a talk and offering healing sessions all week thru the 17th. If you want a session, contact me soon as the times are filling up fast.

We have many more wonderful events in the works for this year!
I will be making space for empowerment groups and evenings of vibrational healing with Heartsong.
Healers from Hilo will be here in April presenting a 2 weekend workshop, and We will be having an Inverse Wave workshop in August! So keep an eye on the calendar and I will keep you informed in this newsletter.

Channel Circle

We will be adding a Spiritual Cinema night as people show interest, people have been already been putting together a list of movies they want to see. We plan to look at a Thursday evening or alternate Friday evenings with the Channel Circle nights.

Please let me know if you would enjoy a relaxing social evening with other like minded people. I will make this a potluck & small donation to keep us in tea, coffee and choclate etc. Also let me know which movies you would like to see.

FGC is looking for a TV stand that someone may want to donate for the fabulous 36" flat screen TV that has been donated.

Mary has many years of counseling experience with patients and their families during her nursing career.
