On our path of self discovery, we are opening up to our greater
Selves. As unique facets of the Divine, we all have our own ways
to shine, to express our individuality in how we live, think, feel,
and interact with the world, yet we all are part of the One.
In these evenings we have a sacred space to talk about all the
changes we are going thru as individuals, and globally. These are
evenings of sharing as well. I have the DVD player available for
sharing special films that focus on the topics many of us are wanting
to learn more about.
I want to provide a sacred space for all of us to continue to evolve,
at our own pace, in our own way, and to feel comfortable to share

I had the honor of
meeting this beautiful Healer at Madre Grande just befor the fires
in 2007. Even in her advanced age, she is full of life energy, and
inspiration.
She gave a beautiful
message in Channel to her apprentices and to the whole group.
The message included words of hope and love,
and asking for assistance for Mother Earth. We were given a blessing,
and all felt the beautiful energy of Spirit. We enjoyed a potluck
as an extended family.

A Very Different Way of Thinking
I am an ongoing seeker of mastering my reality, and as I find things
that work for me I am pleased to share them.
I am finding that for me to feel truly in control of what surrounds
me, I must learn to control my perceptions, consciously direct my
focus and deliberately choose the perspective “lens”
I want to see out through.
How would you want a person to act? See them at their best, see
them as interacting with you in a way that is good. For instance,
you have a friend that constantly wants to criticize the way you
dress, instead of thinking about how annoying their behavior is,
focus on the aspects of your relationship that is fun and positive,
“we have so much fun when we go out” “She has
a wonderful sense of humor” “She is a great listener
when I am working on a solution to a problem I am facing”.
As the subject of their criticism comes up in your mind, immediately
switch to a positive thought.
As we do this we send out a vibration that attracts like vibration.
We will begin to see more of those positive attributes with subsequent
encounters.
We take control from the inside out. For most of us this is a very
different way of thinking, one which we have not been taught. It
feels very backwards!
In a book by Darryl Anka “Blueprint
For Change” He states an analogy: We are looking at our
reality as a mirror in front of us, reflecting back to us who we
are. You cannot change the frown to a smile on the mirror, you must
smile first, then the mirror has no choice but to reflect a smile
back to you.
In the book “As
A Man Thinkith” by James Allen, he states in his chapter
“Effect of Thought on Circumstances”: “A man’s
mind is likened to a garden, which may be intelligently cultivated
or allowed to run wild: but whether cultivated or neglected, it
must, and will, bring forth.”
As you observe other through out your life, note that those who
are optimistic, loving and positive seem to have “better luck”
those that are constantly negative, “ people are ripping me
off, they are “out to get me”, have lives full of same.
The law of attraction is very powerful, Esther Hicks states in her
book “Ask
and It Is Given” that as we “push against”
something, we actually assist it into reality. As we hate our president
and hate what he is doing, we are attracting more of same. As we
conduct a war against drugs, as we hate terrorists, we attract more
of same. See your president acting in a way that is for the highest
good of the country and the world. As we want world peace, as we
visualize people having enough to eat, having their health, having
a safe place to live, we assist in the creation of same.
There is a “dance” that we do together when we focus
out thought on another person. We are all energy, we are all connected.
When we think the best of someone, we assist in creating the space
for them to become their best.
The universe doesn’t see the “don’ts, or the no’s,
it only reads the intensity of the subject we are focusing on. This
is so important for us to understand.
I offer these tools that have been working for me to you for your
discernment.

Here is another perspective expanding writing from a very special
Doctor from Istanbul.
I had the honor of meeting her in Hawaii at Steve Rother’s
week long Seminar in July of 07.
ORDINARY MIRACLES OF LIFE
My daughter Nazli is the resident life assistant of her dormhouse.
Before you leave the house, you see her note on the door: 'Goodbye!
May you be open to the ordinary miracles of life!'
I rejoice in seeing the ordinary miracles of life. Those simple,
subtle, everyday miracles. And I love sharing them. Here's one -dating
back to march 2006:
On my way back home to Istanbul from the US, I went to the Amtrak
station at Harrisburg. I was to take the 10 a.m. Greyhound bus to
NY and then fly home from JFK. Greyhound was a floor below Amtrak,
so I got in the elevator with my (too many to carry!) luggage. When
I was downstairs, the elevator door closed before I could get my
big suitcase out. Ok, so I'll call the elevator back. But when the
elevator came back, it was empty. Ok, so the security guys took
it, thinking it was unattended baggage. But no! The Amtrak police
didnt see it and it was nowhere- gone!
The bus was to leave in half an hour and the next bus to NY wouldn't
make it to my flight. Ok, so I have to give the police Nazli's phone
number in case they'd find the suitcase after I leave.
Thruout my life I had lost or had to leave so many things or people
I dearly valued that by then, loosing a suitcase didn't mean much
to me. Definitely not a nightmare. So I could easily let go of what
seemed to be a 'problem' and mind my business- business being the
'Now'. The Amtrak station looked deserted. I thought anyone carrying
a big suitcase would be noticed and decided to question the taxi
drivers outside. The first guy I spoke to said yes! he had seen
a man carrying such a baggage! And the guy knew the man- had seen
him lingering around the station many times!
He left his car and went to the bar nearby, to inquire about this
man. Came back, saying the people in the bar saw him rolling the
suitcase, heading to a certain direction. This dear one then volunteered
to come with me to the police even though his taxi was the first
on the line!
He described the man to the police in detail and told where he was
heading to. The two left together, to find that man, and I went
down to Greyhound, hoping to find another bus, scheduled somewhat
later, on another route to NY.
I was waiting in the line and searching for my notebook to find
my daughter's phone number when a lady came to me saying, 'Hi, I
think I know you?' Maria! A Mexican-American with whom I had traveled
side by side from NY to Harrisburg 6 months ago!
We had a long warm chat then, voicing many blessings to each other
and to each others' children, and I had really enjoyed her company.
Now of all the millions of people in the US, how could we two bump
into each other again?
I started thinking about the message of this synchronicity. Well,
it seemed quite obvious. The message was, 'expect the unexpected'.
She was there to show me that miracles do happen! The moment I got
this message, Greyhound announced that the bus to NY was delayed
for half an hour due to weather conditions! The weather at Harrisburg
was nice and clear, so the announcement sounded like a joke! Of
course it was delayed for me -and since the system works with great
efficiency and interconnections, the delay most probably was for
some others as well.
Hearing the announcement, I knew that my suitcase was coming back.
I left looking for my daughter's phone number and started talking
with Maria. Several minutes later the taxi driver (dear Dave- thank
you so very much!) came in, rolling my suitcase! I gave him a big
hug. I was very happy- not that I cared much about losing my belongings,
but the whole incident seemed so wonder-full and joy-full!
The suitcase disappearing in a second, dear Dave and dear Maria
appearing instead, Greyhound's announcement following them, suitcase
coming back.. How I enjoyed it all! Several policemen followed Dave.
They asked me if I would sign a complaint. 'No, of course not,'
I said, 'may God bless that man. I got my suitcase back, and there
is nothing to make a fuss about.' Wouldn't I open and check if anything
was missing? 'Of course not' I said again, 'how could I dare check
something so miraculous? It was all the same welcome as it was,
anything missing or not.' I opened it only when I was home near
a day later. Nothing missing!
When I was back home, I checked my horoscope for that day. Surprise!
It read that it was my astrological birthday, which might not have
been my actual birthday, and whatever happened that day, carried
my individual stamp.
When I started pondering upon what my individual stamp was, the
first thing that spontaneously came to my mind were some verses
from a sufi scholar, which I've been citing over and over again
at those days. I had even written some part of it as my message
on my MSN account.
Here's a (sorry-not so good) translation:
God makes evil good
Do not think He does other
The sage observes this.
Let's see what God does
Whatever He does, it is beautiful.
(which I interpret as: whatever we consider as evil is but some
beautiful creation of God- that's what the sage one sees) So an
ordinary act of theft which might have caused a lot of trouble and
worry, turned to be one of wonder and amazement and JOY!
I felt I was in the clouds, playing happily with angel kids- throwing
cloudballs. I prayed for the thief and wished him the best, wished
him well. It was him who had started the wonders of that day!
My birthday was a day after this incident. But my daughter wanted
to say happy birthday to me while I was with her, and cooked the
whole day before my departure.
She prepared a wonderful dinner and a birthday cake and invited
some dear friends for my birthday party. I blew out the imaginary
candles (no candles in the dormhouse!) and my wish was that I'd
always be surrounded with such wonderful people throughout my life.
My wish came true instantly! After writing to my daughters about
my on-the-way-home adventure and about my wish coming true, and
hoping them the same- that they also always be surrounded with beautiful
people- I realized that I had to rephrase my wish.
So, I wrote: Oh no, sorry, it's not about having such people around-
they are there already!
It's about having the eyes that see, the heart that feels their
Beauty.
It is about seeing the selfdisclosure of AllThatIs in the everyday
hubbub.
All truly miraculous.

How Wonderful Can You Be Today?

"The greatest discovery of my generation
is that human beings can alter their lives
by altering their attitudes of mind."

The word Eudaimonism comes from the Greek word for happiness, eudaimonia.
This is a very important word, because it represents a philosophy
which states that right actions lead to the greatest well-being
of every individual. The Eudaemons of ancient pre-Hellenic Greece
were guardian angels that watched over mortals, inspiring people
to do the best thing in each situation, and eudemonics is the art
of happiness that results from consistently doing what we know to
be correct. Part of the original concept of eudemonics is that taking
right action naturally leads to happiness, whereas doing what we
know is wrong leads to unhappiness. This concept that we can choose
to live happy lives by doing what we know to be right is one of
the most relevant concepts we are likely to encounter, as it holds
the promise of greater joy for ourselves and for everyone we interact
with.
One of the biggest challenges facing people who consult with me
for spiritual life coaching is finding the most positive way to
frame their life experiences so they can most consistently find
and take the best possible action. Sometimes, people feel a sense
of losing touch with what brings them the most joy, and with a sense
of doing what they are here to do. The idea of doing the right thing
is one which invites us to answer the question:
"How wonderful can I be today?"
When you ask this question of the universe with all your heart
and listen for the answer, you will be consistently informed of
more positive ways you can think, speak, and behave in ways that
shape your character from the inside out, which in turn is guaranteed
to improve the world.

Wherever you are, and whatever you are doing, there is something
you can think right now which will bring you and someone else greater
love and joy... and it will only take a moment of your time to take
some action and do. Set aside whatever you were doing and take some
positive action by following through on that positive thought right
now, and notice how you feel immediately afterward. Chances are
that not only will you feel the benefit of an immediate boost to
your emotional well-being, you will also feel uplifted and empowered
in ways that stay with you through the rest of today and into tomorrow.
When you take a few minutes each day to do something especially
good for someone else, you will see ever-increasing evidence of
how you are improving your life as you improve the lives of others.
While I practice several daily methods to boost my mood and keep
my spirits up, one of my very favorite ways to raise my spirits
while envisioning my life at its best is to watch my
own personal vision statement, which is something like a music
video showing pictures and words that correspond with my greatest
dreams and aspirations. The tools and training to create your own
vision statement are readily available through Malcolm
Cohan's vision statement web site which can inspire you to further
explore just how wonderful you can be. And keep in mind that for
the very best results, you will do well to aim HIGH!

For years I prayed to them, asking if they could do something to
reduce the levels of stress I found accumulating within humans.
They sent Child of Water in a vision…
I looked up, squinted into the sunlight, seeing the features of
Child of Water forming out of the very gold-spun rays of the sun.
He stood, tall, glistening, bathed in the golden light, skin traced
by the patterns of the spirit world.
Child of Water settled himself onto the bed with no more sound
than a feather on dust. He crossed his legs gracefully and sat serenely,
back straight, hands in his lap. The beauty on his face, the sympathy
and concern expressed in his eyes, melted my soul. The tension drained
from my body, a warm breeze carressed me.
I smiled, as my mind whirled with giddiness. His smile warmed me,
shooting like bars of golden sunlight.
The words came like balm: “Perhaps it will take awhile for
people to understand what is needed. From the 1st World of Love,
you got the ability to dream. From the 2nd World of Kingship, you
got your strength. The 3rd World of time taught you endurance. The
4th World of Soul Sickness gave you vulnerability. The 5th World
Coming Together, brings you wisdom. But the most precious gift of
all you have carried through Infinity; the glue that holds it all
together is your humanity, that common identity with all of life.
“ The gates of your mind open, the illusins dropped. You
teeter on the edge of merging, ready to experience the One. Teach
the people to Dream Reality.”
Child of Water’s smile might have been everything good in
the universe in that moment.
For years I have done this. My family and extended family continue
as our elders have set forth. It continues with you. I share with
you the ways of map reading and evolution. The Kachiñas initiate
the answers, showing you what you need to know in the moment you
