Serena & Phil (holding the FGC rubber chicken!)
I met these 2 wonderful healers thru Steve Rother at one of his
seminars a few years ago, and we have become close friends, sharing
some wonderful experiences. Serena and I went to Sedona recently,
and she was invaluable in assisting me in being able to sing Heartsong
into the Mother Earth at a very special sacred site there. They
come to some of the events here at FGC, and I would highly recommend

Phil and Serena began a journey together 39 years ago when they
married and became a blended family. This journey took Phil through
30 years in the Navy, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer and Serena
through a career in federal civil service retiring as a GS-12 Security
Specialist.
Serena has been an energy worker all of her life, embracing the
possibility that we are more, much more than we see on the surface.
After Phil’s retirement, his talents as a healer began to
emerge. They both began studying Tai Chi and Chi Kung at the Taoist
Sanctuary in San Diego. Phil completed their two-year program and
was ordained a Tao Shin in December 1995. Specializing in Tui Na,
he then completed massage training at Mueller College.
In 1996, Serena attended Nine Gates Mystery School. Shortly thereafter,
she began studying Reiki, formalizing her energy work. Anticipating
clients, instead she got many students and began teaching Reiki
in late 1997. Phil also began studying Reiki, taking Level I and
II with a Reiki Master from Australia then his master class was
with Serena in Sedona, AZ. Then in 1999, he also completed Nine
Gates Mystery School. Phil is now completing psychic development
programs with Lightstone Academy and Toltec Shamanism.
Both became involved with the Reiki Volunteer Program at Sharp Memorial
Hospital about five years ago. From this program, the San Diego
Reiki Corps was formed last year and both are currently serving
on the board. In addition to his healing and volunteer work, Phil
continues his career in the computer world supporting Department
of Defense programs. He also uses his computer skills as the webmaster
for their webpages: www.Lightweaver.org and http://mountain-and-mist-center.com/.
Serena has an active teaching schedule and practice. In 2000 she
was invited to teach at the Nine Gates Mystery School and last year
she added Spiritual Psychology and Huna to her teaching schedule
and travels across the United States and England conducting classes
and workshops. In December of this year she will co-teach a Lemurian
Workshop in Hawaii.

Our “lesson plan”
Parents, spouses and teachers can really push buttons in us. A
very wise friend Maria Yraceburu says that our parents....God bless
them, are our “lesson plan” . Steve Rother says they
are our catalysts for growth.
I feel that they are beautiful energies that loved us enough to
agree to play a certain role even in some instances “play
the bad guy” in our life to assist us in our life lessons
and goals while we are here in this lifetime. I believe we incarnate
in groups, and that we all agree to play certain roles to assist
us.
I have found that in my life, I have learned so much from my family
and I am so grateful for all the good and the bad, for these events
have helped to shape me into who I am today.
In the past when I went thru great traumas in my life, I would think
on this, and it helped me to heal, and to truly forgive those that
caused such damage, seeing from a greater perspective how they have
actually assisted me in getting “the gift” of insight,
personal & Spiritual growth.
With this true forgiveness, a great weight was lifted and I was
no longer plagued with the visceral response I got when I thought
of them or the event. I became as an observer watching a story.
I think we also draw people into our lives as we go along to further
our discovery and manifestation of our path & purpose while
we are here. I think of these special people as Family, the “family
you get to pick”.

Put Your Heart Into It

We have a saying, "My heart isn't in it," to explain
why end results have been lackluster, or why some other form of
dissatisfaction became obvious somewhere along the way. The one
thing that brings me the most joy in my favorite people, stories,
movies and animals is that they all have remarkably good hearts.
Right from the start, they hook me with a sense that here is something
truly special... here is something truly rare. I feel more alive
when I'm with them, and I miss them when we're apart. The best restaurants
and stores have service personnel who put their heart into their
work in a way that shines through their eyes and resonates in their
voices. The best pets have a way of letting you know they love being
with you. While horseback riding this month, I noted that one horse
kept nuzzling me, taking deep breaths and resting her head near
my chest... and then my back. "That means she likes you,"
the handler explained, and it was clear the feeling was mutual.
In addition to noting when and where your heart isn't involved,
you can benefit even more by paying attention to where and when
it is. One of the simplest and most telling ways you can quickly
discern in advance the difference between disappointing and satisfactory
situations is by asking yourself, "How much of my heart is
involved?" Noticing and observing where your heart feels drawn
and what feels drawn to you is the first step in acknowledging the
otherwise invisible threads of cosmic resonance which attune you
to universal vibrations. Once you start noticing the pull you feel
on your heart, you can begin to consciously resonate with those
who share the same vibrational frequency, learning a great deal
about yourself and how you are feeling in the process. Whereas a
great deal of chaos in one's life is generally an indication that
there is a great deal of disharmony between your head, your heart,
and your gut... to the degree that you are unified and at peace
within yourself concerning all your various feelings and needs,
you will notice peace in your relationships, and happiness with
the choices you make and the situations that unfold.
Planning and doing things that bring you the greatest joy is the
best way to keep yourself on track with all aspects of your life,
so that you can best ensure you are productive in your work, satisfied
with your romantic relationships, comfortable in your family relationships,
and successful in your business ventures.

Bik'egubijedidii - Guardian of the Four Leggeds
According to Bik'egubijedidii... the Guardian of the Four Leggeds, everything
of which we consist comes and goes and changes in us, but this force , this
energy which we create, as a creation of a form of energy, of currents of vision
which are projected, will never be lost, for every energy remains. Currents
of reality are an elementary force; constantly created by us, perceivable by
others. But they are not perceivable by all, for we are only able to perceive
images we believe and contain. If these visions of reality as elementary force
are sufficiently strong enough to overcome fear within our planetary reality,
then they go to boundless time and space and unite with all the forces of creation
which exist in the infinite Web of Life of different energies from All Our Relations,
and not only humanity. And just as visions of reality go from us into space,
so there also, All Our Relations send out vision to us, for co-creation is not
only a privilege of our existence but also in other children of the infinite.
Indeed there exist incomparably family relationships between the species. These
co-create constantly on the Path of Beauty and all these projected visions meet,
forming conscious reality. Together, limits no longer exist, all influence the
dynamic force of life. As we establish contact with this universal eternal ocean
of the higher vibrational currents of thoughts of all beings which are capable
by their degree of development of harmonizing with the gravitational forces
of the planet, we are also capable of harmonizing with the gravitational force
of our Changing Mother, we are united with this universal cosmic ocean and our
thoughts are united and combined in the eternal ocean of higher vibration currents
of thoughts. Jut as plants growing upwards harmonize with gravitation, just
as a bird harmonizes with gravitation flying in the air, so is humanity, and
combined this represents a high form of physical earth evolution, capable of
harmonizing with Changing Mother's magnetics with thought. Our currents of thought
are sufficiently strong and harmonize with Changing Mother's magnetics, then
they traverse cosmic space, for the projection of the highest and finest energies
of thought without limit and without time. Strong currents of thought are capable
of crossing the universe in a moment and this eternal cosmic ocean of higher
vibrational currents of thought, this universal consciousness, is evolution
unfolding.
This concept of Bik'egubijedidii, has had some late echoes even in the philosophy
of the west. For instance, Goethe said that if we want to understand the Infinite,
we must read the Infinite in every direction. Meister Eckehardt, the medieval
Christian mystic, said that those who try to find God in definitions of dogma,
will find the definitions and dogma, but not God. Those who searh for God without
definitions and dogma, may reach God. There are as many great minds in history
which held a kind of affinity with the philosophy of Bik'egubijedidii. Bik'egubijedidii
recognized how dangerous it is to be one-sided, how danger it is to try to force
our way of thinking, our philosophy or religion onto others. She knew that everyone
will harmonize the understanding of the Universal Laws according to our degree
of individual evolution. This is a very important point of Tlish Diyan which,
through centuries, here and there, was even forgotten by many mystics themselves.
Another example of clearness and lucidity of the philosophy of Tlish Diyan is
Bik'egubijedidii's comments on the importance of affirming peace. To Bik'egubijedidii,
the most important thing in life is not metaphysical speculation nor the forming
of a philosophy, but to bring peace to All Our Relations, right here and now.
She gives a very beautiful parable, with the irony off Voltaire. She describes
how an individual is walking through the forest and is wounded by a poisonous
snake. He immediately sits down and begins to speculate: From whence came the
snake? From what direction - north, outh, east west? Who sent this snake? Who
was the snake's father? Who was his grandfather? And of course in the midst
of all these questions the poison reaches his heart and he dies. The poison
is the symbol of conflict in Bik'egubijedidii's parable. According to Bik'egubijedidii,
the first thing is to transmute the poison immediately. Release as much toxin
as possible right away, transmute right away. After we have eliminated the toxin
we have time to speculate on all the other questions, but dis-ease will not
wait.
Another charming parable with the same message depicts a deer sleeping in a
wooded glen when suddenly a tree is struck by lightning and begins to burn.
The woodland creatures run around, yelling at the deer... get out! The forest
is burning! But instead of running out, the deer asks questions - what is outside
of my territory? Perhaps I will be unable to find sanctuary. Is the hunter waiting?
Where will I go? He wants to know everything before he leaves his wooded glen.
And of course very soon it will be too late to leave.
According to Bik'egubijedidii, the whole world is burning in the flames of
conflict, ignorance, intolerance, and arrogance. The flame of these forces is
more deadly than burning wood. We must douse the flame, and smother the ember
of fear that keeps us separate from All Our Relations. We must connect, and
eliminate the flames of destruction. The only way to quench the flame is through
the immediate manifestations of peace in each and every one of our daily lives.
It starts in our own hearts.
And so with Taanaashkaada... the great Coming Together... the 5th World, many
begin to walk the Wheel of Life in search of alternative life philosophy. They
have chosen the beautiful and meaningful symbol of the Wheel, whose outer spiral
symbolized the discovery of personal truth, moving continuously, and whose light
directions represent the basic identity of higher self, leading to the center
of the wheel, the only point which is permanent, the act of Being. The definition
of Being has always been a much discussed subject in the philosophy of the Tlish
Diyan. Being is non-existence, Being is existence. But when we say this, we
still have not expressed that which is Being. What is meant is that it is something
which, at the present state of our senses and our minds, we cannot yet fully
comprehend. According to Bik'egubijedidii, to watch the Four Leggeds of the
sacred Changing Mother is to come to understanding. It means that we establish
contact with All That is - a contact from which we draw knowledge as from a
book - but an immediate awareness of reality that is difficult to describe because
our common reality cannot comprehend it yet. To establish flow with All Our
Relations, to enter this state of Being, is a re-turning - a remembrance of
harmony and balance.
This is the beginning of connection to cosmic thought. To discover self truth
and establish connection with All That Is, begins with the first conscious choice
to live a responsible life of co-creation. You see, all of you that are excited
by the new movie THE SECRET, this knowledge has been around 10,000 years or
more. The indigineous like the Tlish Diyan, have long lived their lives in this
premise of earth-human resonance connection.
There is a correspondence between the Wheel of Life with the eight directional
magnetic energies signifying the Spiral of Truth and the Tlish Diyan cosmology
in which eight is a number of integration.
The individual who projects thoughts of fear, immediately aligns with others
having those same thoughts of fear. The individual who creates violent thoughts,
immediately aligns with those of violent thoughts. And he who creates currents
of thoughts of hatred similiarly aligns with those having thoughts of hatred.
So Bik'egubijedidii tells us we are our thoughts.
Our thoughts can be for us higher vibrational source of energy, harmony and
knowledge. These thoughts create in us perfect glandular activity and direct
our whole organism. There is an interchange between limitless and varied forms
of energy and the energies of life and of individual existence. The question
at hand is, where will you choose to put your energy today?

May 2007 The Science of Being
Greetings, All: We have thought to tell you today a small story
to illustrate the point that we wish to make to you:
One upon a time, in a land where there was no time, there lived
a prince. This Prince was short and ugly and awkward, and people
made light of him behind his back. He knew this instinctively, though
the people were careful never to show him anything but the utmost
respect directly, and because of it, he was quite unhappy.
One day this Prince decided to drown himself in a nearby river.
He made preparations that involved placing several large stones
in his pockets, filling them with weight that would keep his body
under the water while he ceased to breathe.
The Prince was very sad as he made these preparations, and for every
stone he placed in his pocket, he remembered one small slight against
him. Soon his face was covered with tears and he could no longer
see clearly from the force of his weeping over all the ills that
had been done to him, both real and imagined.
After a time, the Prince's face cleared and he ceased his weeping.
His pockets no longer felt heavy with the weight of the ills he
perceived that had been done to him. Confused but still determined
to complete the job he set out to do, the Prince entered the water
anyway, remembering as he did so that he had placed the stones in
his pockets and therefore should sink to the bottom. Or should he?
The Prince was no longer sure. The Prince slowly entered the cold
rushing water, walking toward the place where it was deepest. He
knew he should be submerged soon, and felt relieved. Still, he remained
in a state of confusion, for he felt strangely buoyant at the same
time. Hadn't he filled his pockets with heavy stones? Shouldn't
he be weighted down with the ills and troubles of his lifetime?
Oddly, the Prince began to feel elation, and
.joy. The feeling was
strange to him, but he knew it for what it was, instantly. No longer
did he wish to remain at the bottom of the cold river until he ceased
breathing, not if he could feel joy like this! But the Prince found
that he could not walk further, could not return to the river's
banks. He felt rooted in place, made motionless by fear. Would his
unhappiness return? Would he still be ugly and short and would people
still make light of his appearance? He did not know the answers.
He felt confused and strangely afloat with the motion of the water
now flowing around him. He did not know what to do.
The Prince, now rendered motionless, felt his body relax. He felt
the water flow around him, moving him slightly this way and that.
He no longer, now, cared whether he sank to the bottom. He had surrendered
himself completely to the motions of the water flowing around him,
immersed as he was in the river. He decided to let go entirely,
to allow his fate be determined by the river.
No sooner had he done this than he found himself standing on the
bank, perfectly dry, pockets light as a feather. A group of his
subjects approached, madly rushing to look for what they feared
- that their prince was lying dead in the river. Joyfully they embraced
him, knowing that he was safe. The prince was, again, confused.
Didn't his people mock him behind his back? He did not understand.
"The Little Prince is safe!" the people cried. "Our beloved Prince
is safe, bless his little soul!"
As the people rejoiced, the Prince felt he began to understand.
The words he felt behind his back about his appearance were words
of affection, not of derision, and it was his own fears and insecurities
that had led him to surmise otherwise. He had not followed his own
heart in the matter.
So, too, must you learn to release yourself from expectations regarding
those around you. Each of you is connected, yes, but while living
life on the physical plane, so too must you keep your suppositions
separate from those of others. In other words, if you take on the
energy of others, it will define you. You must decide whether that
is what you wish, or not. Do you wish to define yourself? Or to
allow others to do so?
So, too, must you begin to remember what it is like to simply "allow",
to Be. You may find, then, that once you do so, what you most wish
for will come to you without your having to try so hard to achieve
it. You will find, as you do so, that worlds will open up to you
that you never knew existed. Time will stretch and have new meaning.
Colors may brighten, and the world may seem, in general, a more
pleasant place in which to be, as your awareness of that innate
connection among all things, and by this we mean ALL things, even,
for instance, your computer keyboard or the window you gaze out
of, as well as everything in the animal and plant kingdoms, is connected.
Stretch, then, your awareness to both the minute and the great.
Realize that you are the heartbeat of the Universe, that you are
the breath of Time. And, simply, Be. Allow your attachment to outcome
evaporate, and allow the you-ness that is most deeply within you
to rise to the surface and become the You that Is.

This is the time of year that the
herons, ducks etc like to come to the pond here at FGC. EVen though
the Herons are beutiful, I have to chas them away to save the Koi
in the pond, their favorite meal!

Leinala’s visit:
Wow what a wonderful time we hade with Lienala here!
She blessed us with 2 wonderful workshops, one on the blending of
the masculine and feminine energies within and Tools for ascension.
She had a very full schedule during the week for readings and Lomi
Lomi massages.
I had the honor of getting a Lomi Lomi massage from her twice, and
I was so relaxed after! Her reading for me was very uplifting, insightful
and assisted me in seeing many options more clearly.
Fri evening at a very special channel circle, Leinala channeled
Pele. This was a very powerful experience! I opened the evening
with Heartsong, and when Pele entered, you could feel the huge energy
filling the room. Amongst the many things she had to say, she wanted
us all to know she is not a jealous angry goddess as she has been
historically made out to be, and she does have a sense of humor!
There were some who expressed regret that they missed her visit
here this time.
She and I have talked about her coming back soon and I will let
you all know when that will be.
We have many more wonderful events in the works for this year!
I will be making space for empowerment groups as people show interest.
I will also be offering evenings of vibrational healing with Heartsong.
We will be adding a Spiritual Cinema night as people
show interest, people have been already been putting together a
list of movies they want to see. We plan to look at a Thursday evening
or alternate Friday evenings with the Channel Circle nights.

small donation to keep us in tea, coffee and choclate etc. Also

and concepts, colored by our perceptions we choose as we grew up
in this life time.
Heartsong sessions a way to connect with the Divine within us, it

We will explore sacred sites of the Andes, experience the power

Jorge Luis Delgado
was trained by Kallawayas shamen of the northeast Lake Titicaca
region, the lineage of the Amautas and the Wise Ones of the Andes.
He has also studied with and been trained by the Q'ero elders of
the Cusco region, who are considered the last remaining descendents
of the Incas. Jorge is the re-discoverer of Aramu Muru Doorway,
an interdimensional portal near Lake Titicaca. Jorge is a founding
member of The Brotherhood of the Solar Disc which is an Andean esoteric
society, headquarted at Titicaca. The dedication of this group is
to share unconditional love through connection with the Golden Disc.
This is brought to the Andes by the Lemurian Master Aramu Muru.
Jorge Luis believes that this Pachacuti (a time when the world is
being turned upside down and a new consciousness is emerging) is
a time to go within and heal the wounds of the past both individually
and collectively. He is a "way-shower" who shares ancient
and hidden knowledge to assist in the healing of those who are ready.

Jory Adamson, M.A
For the past 20 years, Jory Adamson, M.A. has practiced as a psychotherapist,
Reiki Master/Teacher and spiritual counselor. As an energy practitioner,
she specializes in clearing the luminous energy field around the
body that connects to wounds held in the chakras as well as providing
energetic chelation treatments to facilitate cellular healing. For
many years, she has led a spiritual group dedicated to meditation,
prayer and personal and planetary transformation.
Her passion for the healing traditions of indigenous people led
her to study and teach Peruvian shamanism based on the Q'ero of
the Andes. For several years, she has been leading groups in both
North and South America for those interested in a deeply spiritual
experience of the sacred sites, symbology and knowledge of the ancient
ones. Her journey has led her to become initiated into the Rites
of Passage of a Mesa Carrier: one who is a keeper of the earth medicines,
a ceremonial leader and a teacher of the Medicine Wheel. She makes
her home in both northern New Mexico and Southern California.
