The Kekelt Llamas program for Youths
13 th 18
Meets monthly in Escondido at the Watson Llama farm:
If you know youth between the ages of 13 and 18 who are called
to connect with llamas and build self-esteem and resiliency, learn
effective communication and cooperation skills and practice conscious
decision making, please share with them the Kekelt program (Kekelt
means juvenile hawk in Quero Apache). Youth in the Kekelt program
will:
v Build self-worth and self-understanding
v Cultivate trust in relationships
v Become conscious of emotions and how to express them
v Learn how to be respectful of the boundaries of self and others
v Gain in self-understanding and in the understanding of others’
needs and motivations
v Learn about the care and nurturing of self and others
v Feel a strong sense of belonging in the world
v Develop a deep appreciation of all of life
v Increase acceptance and love of self
v Develop greater self-reliance and resiliency
v Gain confidence in communicating with peers, family members and
adults
By connecting to the llamas and the natural world, youth are able
to recognize their strengths, improve their communication skills
and build their emotional awareness and self-worth. Youth are innately
drawn to llamas as compassionate mentors. All children are connected
to the present moment when in the presence of llamas.
The llama's intuitive curiosity about humans can rebuild a child's
sense of self-worth, and hence, their well-being. It is a life-affirming
experience for a child to participate in a llama quest and to feel
a deep connection to these majestic creatures. For example, as children
share their heartfelt concerns with the llamas, they are touched
as the llamas listen attentively to their every word. Or as children
lie in a meadow at the ranch completely immersed in watching hawks
in flight, they are thrilled when they look up to discover that
they have been perfectly encircled by fascinated llamas who have
silently gathered to observe them.
The Kekelt program meets the first Saturday of the month from 11-3
at the Watson llama ranch in Escondido.
May3rd is the first meeting but youth are welcome
to join us any time.

Litha ritual woth Morgaine
Litha is the celebration Summer Solstice.
The Solstice is the time when the sun is at the height of its power.
It is the longest day of the year, midsummer. This is the time when
the gardens are producing fruits and vegetables of summer. Wildlife
is flourishing and the trees are covered in green leaves.
On this day we celebrate the God at his highest point. He is strong
and vibrant. Together with the Goddess who is in her Mother aspect,
he rules the summer. However, it is also a time of transition. After
Midsummer, the sun begins its yearly descent. The days will get
shorter and shorter until the Winter Solstice when it begins its
rise to power again.
Midsummer is also a time when it is said that fairies abound. They
bring their playfulness and merriment, especially at Midsummer’s
Eve. Shakespeare’s popular play “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” is a
story of the Queen of the Fairies Titania and her king Oberon, having
a bit of fun at the expense of the mortals.
How can we celebrate Litha? Decorate with and wear bright colors.
Have lots of fresh flowers and candles or fire to honor the summer
and the God of the Sun.

I first met Maria, when she and her partner Lynda came to my home
a few years ago to meet and discuss how we may work together. I
quickly found that this petite woman is a true example of walking
in integrity, aligned with Spirit, Mother earth, and her truth.
She is a very powerful being, and at the same time very human, this
and her warm personable demeanor was a beautiful combination. She
can be very direct and strives for the best and highest good.
Her honesty is refreshing, her sense of humor hysterical, and as
she gives you a hug, you feel the Heart to Heart connection of Spiritual
Family.
I am honored to be the home of her Earth Wisdom Church, and the
hearth keeper for many rituals, channelings, workshops and family
gatherings. She and her partner Lynda are a very special part of
my life, and I am grateful.
I have learned and grown so much personally and Spiritually, and
I owe a lot of this to Maria.
I have also seen many people transform their lives, healing and
growing, thriving as result of Maria’s love and teachings.

Taking Ownership
Of my life
My Divine purpose
My thoughts
Directing my focus to my goals, visualizing and “owning it”
To absolutely know my worth, self love, this is the foundation to
lay in order to take ownership of my reality, this is an important
shift in perspective.
Loving myself has proved to be absolutely necessary, and something
to master and be done with it.
There is so much I choose to accomplish for the remainder of my
life, I feel I don’t want to wallow in the swamps of self
indecision, self doubt, worry, and less than the most effective
way to move forward. It is an attitude.
It is time to move on to the next level, and this level requires
it.
I look at what I have to offer, and who I am. Taking in the love
and support of my friends and family, I look around and see the
absolute beauty and mastership of those around me, their level of
integrity and pureness of vibration, I look at their walk in mastery,
and I realize, they are mirroring back to me, my level of mastery.
I just need to step into it. It is time to claim it.
Knowing I am an aspect of the Divine, perfectly encircled by Spirit
and Mother Earth, there is no way I could wont for anything.
I choose to lose the illusion of unworthiness, lose the illusion
of am I really ready, can I carry this beautiful gift of Heartsong
and my center to the world.
This is the lifetime I walk in mastery. This lifetime I take ownership
and manifest my true self into this world. For the love of this
world and all that dwell here.
For me, I have been concentrating on focusing my thoughts on picturing
my goals, seeing the end result, and feeling the beauty of it. Then
I focus on the little steps to get myself there.
Frequently I find that I slip into what I can’t do or how
is it going to get from a to b. I think the key is to pull away
from those types of thoughts, and redirect to positive thoughts,
and really feeling into it. My dear friends and mentors Matt and
Annie Kropman reminded me to pay attention on how a thought feels,
positive thoughts feel affirming, expanding, there is an energy
of allowing there.
It seems that then the ideas and synchronicities begin to flow then.
I think that is what is meant by allowing, to feel into the beauty
and feelings of accomplishment of a goal. That feeling seems to
open up a door or gateway to the “how to’s”.
This brings clarity, and with clarity, there is expansion of vision,
and the universe knows what we want and can respond appropriately.
If we observe people who are successful, whether they be ethical,
or not, whether they manifest selfish gain, or are philanthropists,
look at their clarity of thought, their way of focusing on what
they want. Listen to how they use their words and the feeling they
put behind them.
As I heard Gregg Braden state, as we use our thoughts to construct
a picture of what we want, we then need to feel into it, in order
to breathe life into the picture. He states that as the thought
centers merge with the creative centers, they come together in the
heart, and this is how to manifest. He states according to the lost
book of Thomas, as we bring these 2 together, and say mountain move,
the mountain will move.
There are 2 primary emotions, love and the opposite if Love. As
we feel into the picture, feelings come into being, those of joy
or sadness.

Just as a wet match does not produce fire, so a mind cluttered with
chatter is unable to produce the fire of concentration, even though
we strive even harder for the eternal flame.
The flame of faith is hidden within the lines of ceremony; but since
they are saturated with the diverted waters of inner issues and
intellectual meanings, we have to do away with these committee meetings
in order to light the flame of wisdom within us. Different souls
participating in the same ceremony will experience it differently,
and feel it differently. The vast Ocean of Truth can only be measured
by the capacity of one's own healing process and perception. So
will the attention behind the ceremonies be felt according to the
depths of one's own initiation and feeling.
In order to benefit by the unconditional love contained within any
of the ceremonies, we should take one day at a time after any ceremony,
mentally picture the events, visualize the imagery, dream deeply
on it, until the fiery meaning reveals itself to us, in the language
intended, the one of feeling.
Many have thought to attend ceremony only to observe, to get a quick
view of its entire meaning. But they find themselves revisiting
the event over and over again, many times, then, with closed eyes,
repeatedly feel the deep vast unconditional love of Spirit without
and within - and in the process of spiritually raise the vibratory
rate of themselves, the ceremony, and Esonknhsendehi - Changing
Mother earth.
We always say that Life is a Ceremony. Think of our ceremonies as
a plant which daily grows new blossoms: the flowers change, but
the plant remains. Our ceremonial plant has the same branches and
leaves of intent, but everyday it yields new roses of feeling and
insight, especially if we water it regularly from the stream of
our gratitude.
Since these ceremonies have been handed down, generation to generation,
they are not of one people. We have experienced the depth of feeling
within these ceremonies, coming together in order that we might
share them. Our blessings go with them, and we pray that they may
strike the note of familiarity in your heart, so that you may feel
them just as they have been felt for many world paradigms
- in the Spirit of Love.
When the stream babbles, it is sharing history with you. When the
wind sighs in the treetops, it is speaking to you. You may sit on
the top of a grassy hill on a stiff day and watch little tray puffs
of breeze move the heavy heads of grasses. You may have the intuitive
feeling that it marks the course of some unseen living thing, and
you will be correct. The movement of the grasses is the stirring
of the new dynamic.
You may trace the erratic dance of a wisp of dust across a still
dry flat. Energy is playing with you, enticing you to see the truth
of what lies in between.
Is someone watching you from behind? Almost catch a glimpse in the
corner of your eye. Family is watching over you.
Swift as the wings of the wind, the time has arrive, everywhere...
healing, helping, sharing story talk. Tonight we move on... We evolve.
Do what you know and join with others.

Bending the Law of
Attraction
"What we truly and earnestly aspire to
be, that in some sense we are. The mere aspiration, by changing
the frame of mind, for the moment realizes itself"

This month's featured realityshifters bumper sticker which reads,
"Attraction is not just a good idea. It's the law" is
very funny to me, because clearly there is no enforcement agency
currently ensuring that everyone adheres to the "Law of Attraction."
While you can get one of these bumperstickers for yourself or a
friend this month through the realityshifters
shop, it's purely something fun and entertaining.
"Attraction is not just a good idea...It's
the law"
I seldom mention the Law of Attraction, as my training in physics
taught me early on that science doesn't have laws of physics so
much as theories. All of the sciences are based on scientific method,
which starts with a hypothesis, and moves along as various theories
are systematically tested and gradually adopted.
Science is an ever-changing playing field, where this century's
ideas are intended to be improvements over last century's notions.
Even the so-called law of gravity is not so much a law as a wonderful
hypothesis which partially explains why we tend to observe apples
falling down to Earth from trees, rather than floating upward.
So what does it mean to bend the "Law of Attraction"?
The so-called "Law of Attraction" is the idea that we
tend to attract situations, energies and experiences to us that
resonate with our own energy. Bending the Law of Attraction is something
akin to getting great results, even when on our off days... when
we are not feeling perfectly optimistic, enthusiastic, and energized.
Fortunately for us, bending the known "laws of physics"
is not as crazy an idea as it may seem, as some things scientists
used to presume to be unwavering standards have turned out to be
a bit more flexible than previously believed... so that even
light can break the "speed of light."
The relevance to us of this thrilling possibility, is that we need
not let preconceived notions of what is and is not possible interfere
with our intentions when we are contemplating ways to make the world
a better place, and ways to make our lives more enjoyable, inspiring,
and rewarding. Just as a musician might bend a note, we can take
the way we are currently feeling... and move it just a bit in the
direction of where we would prefer our end results to be. And we
can get some pretty cool results!
